Scottish Conference 2004 - Golf Competition

The Scottish Association golf competition was again sponsored by IBS in 2004. Here's a few photos from the day.
The worthy winner is presented with his prize at the dinner: Runner up again then Bob?.....
Golfing is thirsty work..... The ladies eventually finish..... and it's still daylight....!!!

Student success 2002

Gail Mackie was a successful IRRV distance learning student and in 2002 she was presented with Dundee Council's "David White Award" for council employee achievement.

Student presentation 1996

With thanks to Ron Skinner, former Scottish Association President, who has provided the attached photograph from 1990 for the archives of the Scottish Association.

This shows outstanding past Presidents:

On the right standing: C. S. Page President in 1974/5 and also National President in 1982. Stuart was Lecturer at the Scottish College of Commerce, Glasgow and co-founder of the Association in Scotland.

On the left standing: Jack Simpson President in 1981/2. Jack was Estates Surveyor, Lothian Regional Council and was instrumental in doing all the legwork to introduce the technicians course in Scotland.

On the left seated: Stuart’s wife Dot. (Sadly both Stuart and Dot are no longer with us).

On the right seated: Ron Skinner, former Scottish Association President (early 1990's) and Assistant Director of Finance at Central Regional Council.
