With thanks to Ron Skinner, former Scottish Association President, who has provided the attached photograph from 1990 for the archives of the Scottish Association.
This shows outstanding past Presidents:
On the right standing: C. S. Page President in 1974/5 and also National President in 1982. Stuart was Lecturer at the Scottish College of Commerce, Glasgow and co-founder of the Association in Scotland.
On the left standing: Jack Simpson President in 1981/2. Jack was Estates Surveyor, Lothian Regional Council and was instrumental in doing all the legwork to introduce the technicians course in Scotland.
On the left seated: Stuart’s wife Dot. (Sadly both Stuart and Dot are no longer with us).
On the right seated: Ron Skinner, former Scottish Association President (early 1990's) and Assistant Director of Finance at Central Regional Council.
